Saigon – Mekong - Cai Be (L/D)

Meet at 8:00 AM with the guide and driver at your hotel.

Depart for Cai Be, take a private sampan ride and walk to visit some local productions: rice cakes, popcorn, coconut candies... and visit an ancient house.

Lunch with a local family.

Board a small boat, depart towards An Binh island.

An Binh is a small island in the Mekong Delta in Vietnam, known for its vegetation and orchards. On the island, inhabitants grow many fruits and flowers to supply Saigon. The atmosphere on the island is very peaceful with fruit trees everywhere, nourished by the many small canals that cross the Mekong islands.

Disembark on An Binh island. Check-in with the host family. Walk in the garden or cycle through the countryside paths. Observe the authentic life of people in the Mekong Delta.

Dinner and overnight stay with a local family on An Binh island, in Vinh Long.

Cai Be - Vinh Long - Sa Dec - Can Tho (B/L/D)

Breakfast with the host family. Board the private small boat for an excursion to An Binh island and the islands located between Vinh Long and Cai Be.

Disembark in Vinh Long town and then drive to Sa Dec for lunch and visit "The Lover's" house.

Sa Dec is a small "Venice" with many narrow canals and is famous for the love story between Marguerite Duras and Huynh Thuy Le.

Walk to visit the local Sa Dec market.

Drive to Can Tho and direct transfer to the hotel for free time.

Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight in Can Tho.

Can Tho – Cai Rang – Soc Trang – Long Xuyen (B/L/D)

In the morning, a private sampan excursion to visit Cai Rang floating market, the most authentic in this region. Cruising by boat, you'll see various tropical fruit gardens (Ba Cong Garden) well-known for some of the most delicious fruits in the country.

Continue the trip to visit the ecological garden to admire exotic fruit trees and taste them on-site.

Pick up by the driver and road to Soc Trang to visit the Bat Pagoda and Khmer pagodas before heading to Long Xuyen.

Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight in Long Xuyen.

Long Xuyen - floating market - Chau Doc (B/L/D)

In the morning, private sampan to discover another typical market of the region, Long Xuyen market, and then a bike ride on Cu Lao Ong Ho islands.

Lunch on site.

Drive to Chau Doc to visit Ba Chua Xu Pagoda, Thoai Ngoc Hau Tomb, and climb Sam Mountain.

Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight at the hotel in Chau Doc.

Chau Doc – Phnom Penh (B/L/D)

Breakfast at the hotel then transfer to the pier for the shared speedboat to Phnom Penh departing from Chau Doc.

You pay for your Cambodia visa yourself, formalities are done on the boat

(You must prepare 2 4x6 photos and fill out the forms in advance at the hotel with the guide's help to save time. Prepare $35 USD / person and you just have to wait 30 minutes for your VISA to be pasted in the passport).

Arrival in Phnom Penh, welcome by the driver (without guide) to pick you up at the boat exit and take you to the hotel for free time.

Phnom Penh - discovery - Kompong Thom (B/L/D)

With a guide, discover Phnom Penh, the languid Cambodian capital, and visit: the National Museum, the Silver Pagoda, which is located within the Royal Palace grounds, and Wat Phnom Pagoda...

Afternoon drive to Kompong Thom, you'll visit en route the Skun market known as the tarantula market, then Kuha Nokor temple, Phum Prasat, stone sculpture workshops.

Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight in Kompong Thom.

Kompong Thom - Tonle Sap - Siem Reap (B/L)

Morning, visit Kompong Thom, one of the 5 provinces bordering Tonle Sap Lake.

Depart through villages towards the pre-Angkorian temples of Sambo Prei Kuh, the former capital before Angkor.

Lunch en route.

Continue the road through villages, rice plains, stop at Kompong Kdei to visit an ancient archaeological bridge dating from the Angkorian era and then drive 60km to reach Siem Reap.

Arrival in Siem Reap, direct transfer to the hotel for free time.

Dinner on your own and overnight in Siem Reap _ hotel booked by yourself.

Siem Reap - Roluos Group - Angkor Wat (B/L/D)

In the morning, after breakfast, visit the Roluos group (Hariharalaya) located about 10 km from the center. The Roluos monuments, which served as the capital for Indravarman I (reign 877-89), are among the largest temples of the pre-Angkorian period and mark the beginning of traditional Khmer art.

Visit Preah Ko, erected by Indravarman I at the end of the 9th century, and Bakong, the most important and interesting of the Roluos group, Lolei, with its 4 brick towers, a replica of Preah Ko, built on an island - now covered by rice fields.

In the afternoon, discover the wonderful Angkor Wat temple, a World Heritage site, and Phnom Bakheng (mountain temple).

Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight in Siem Reap.

Siem Reap - Banteay Srei - Angkor Thom (B/L/D)

In the morning, after breakfast, you'll visit Banteay Srei temple (Citadel of Women), dedicated to Shiva, whose architecture and pink sandstone sculptures feature a series of beautiful carvings.

We'll then discover Banteay Samre, completely restored before the war. This site gives a good idea of what Angkor might have looked like before.

Lunch at a local restaurant during the visit.

Afternoon, a visit to Angkor Thom (Great City) starting with the South Gate, the famous Bayon from the 12th & 13th centuries, Baphuon (11th century) dedicated to Brahmanism, the Terrace of the Elephants, the Terrace of the Leper King, Phimeanakas (celestial palace).

Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight in Siem Reap.

Siem Reap - Small Circuit - Grand Circuit (B/L/D)

Breakfast, visit the "Small Circuit" group: Ta Prohm, where giant trees dominate the monastery, imprisoning the ruins with their impressive roots as giant octopuses would do to keep their prey.

Continue with the visit of Thommanon, Chau Say Tevoda, Ta Keo, Banteay Kdei and the terrace of Sras Srang.

Lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, visit the sites of the Eastern Baray "Grand Circuit": Pre Rup, Mebon, Tasom, Neak Pean, Preah Khan. Dinner at a local restaurant.
