Hanoi (Northern Vietnam) arrival (D)

Arrival at Hanoi airport. Welcomed by our guide and driver, then transfer to the hotel in the center city where. The rest of the day is free at leisure or make your first exploration in the city. Welcome dinner at a restaurant in town. Overnight at hotel.

Hanoi/ City Tour (B,L,D)

Full day to discovers the capital of Vietnam. We start by visiting the fascinating Ethnographic Museum where they dispose of the costumes, tools, musical instruments and present some typical houses of the 54 ethnic groups of Vietnam (closed on Mondays).
We then visit the Temple of Literature, the "first university of Vietnam", and the oldest Tran Quoc pagoda in Hanoi. Visit Ngoc Son temple on the edge of central Hoan Kiem Lake.
Walking through the streets of Hanoi's Old Quarter allows you to fully understand the local life of the capital. Attend the water puppet show at the end of the day. Overnight at hotel.

Hanoi - Mai Chau (B,L,D)

After breakfast, transfer to Mai Chau. Arrival at Van village inhabited by the White Thai ethnic group that is representative of the region and meeting with the family of Mr. Cuong who welcomes you warmly well.
After a short break, you will walk around the village to have a panoramic view of local life. You can also learn how to weave silk with an old loom. The entire afternoon is dedicated to discovering the daily lives of residents.
Dinner with the locals. Watch the traditional folk dance and music in the evening, tasting "Ruou Can" by a straw (called the fermented rice). Overnight in a house on stilts in the village.

Mai Chau - Ninh Binh - Tam Coc (Halong Bay on land) (B,L,D)

In the morning, after breakfast homestay, you depart for Ninh Binh via Nho Quan. Arrival at Tam Coc in the late morning (the place where were filmed the scenes from the film Indochine). Lunch in a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, take a bamboo boat ride for 2 hours cruising a natural landscape of karst mountains overlooking a stunning waterscape. You will also discover the area that is dotted with the caves...
Continue the route to visit the Dinh and Le temples dating from the 11th century dedicated to Kings. The setting is idyllic and enchanting! Overnight at Hotel in Ninh Binh.

Tam Coc - Halong Bay (B,L,D)

Around 8h00, we will drive towards Halong Bay (Vinh Ha Long). The road will reveal a landscape of countryside where the rice paddies predominate.
Arrive at Halong, board the junk for an exploration of the bay in the next 24 hours. We visit the caves during the cruise. Seafood meal served by the professional and excellent team on board.

Halong Bay - Hanoi (B,L,D)

Visit the fishing village or Luon Cave, before resuming the cruise in Halong Bay amid the innumerable islets.
Around 11h30, return to the pier and drive back to Hanoi. Visit on the way the Phu Lang ceramic village in Bac Ninh. Arrive in Hanoi in the afternoon. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi.

Hanoi - Luang Prabang (Laos) (B,L,D)

Breakfast at the hotel, then transfer to the airport for the morning flight to Luang Prabang, the old and the first capital of the kingdom of Lane Xang and also the center of the religious life of Laos. 

The city is a delight and a haven accentuated by its semi-colonial architecture, and by the surrounding tropical vegetation and extreme languor... Visit the most beautiful temples in the city and surrounding areas (Wat Visoum, Wat Aham, Wat Xiengthong, Phousi mount...).

Overnight at hotel in Luang Prabang.

Luang Prabang - Pak Ou - Luang Prabang (B,L,D)

Take the boat trip upstream the Mekong to visit Pak Ou cave. We stop at the village of Ban Muang Keo, famous for it's rice whiskey called Lao-Lao.
Lunch in a restaurant at the edge of the river. Return to Luang Prabang in the afternoon, visit the village Ban Xangkhong, specializing in the production of paper and silk.

Luang Prabang - Kuang Si Waterfall - Luang Prabang (B,L,D)

Depart to visit Kuang Si Waterfall, amid the lush vegetation. Stop on the road to visit the fruit market Talad Phosy in the village of Ban Na Oune inhabited by Hmong, Ban Tha Pane of Kh'mu.
Picnic lunch near the Kuang Si waterfall. Relax or swim in the waterfall. Return to Luang Prabang and visit the night ethnic market. Overnight at hotel.

Luang Prabang - Siem Reap (Cambodia) (B,L,D)

Morning, welcome to your hotel and transfer to Luang Prabang airport for flight to Siem Reap, the former capital of Cambodia, where we will discover the priceless heritage of Khmer Empire: the temples of Roluos group (dated from 19th century), the ancient city Hari Haralaya, the first Angkor locates 20 km in the south-east of Siem Reap.
Having the Apsara dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at hotel.

Siem Reap - Angkor Thom - Angkor Wat - Siem Reap (B,L,D)

In the morning, visit Angkor Thom (Great City) by beginning the South Gate, the famous Bayon from XII & XIII century, Baphuon from the 11th century. Dedicated to Brahmanism, the Terrace of Elephants, Terrace of Leper King, Phimean Akas (heavenly palace).
Afternoon: Explore the wonderful temple of Angkor Wat, World Heritage, and Phnom Bakheng Temple (mountain). Overnight at hotel.

Siem Reap - Small Circuit & Grand Circuit - Siem Reap (B,L,D)

Breakfast, visit the temples in the group "Small circuit"Ta Prohm, where the gigantic trees dominate the monastery, trapping the ruins of their impressive roots as would giant octopus with tentacles to keep their prey. Continue to visit Thommanon, Chau Say Teveda, Ta Keo, Banteay Kdei and Srah Srang terrace.
Lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the sites of Baray Oriental of the "Grand Circuit": Pre Rup, Mebon, Tasom, Neak Pean, Preah Khan. Overnight at hotel.

Siem Reap - Phnom Penh (B,L,D)

Depart for Kompong Thom and direct transfer to Sambo Prey Kuh, the ancient capital before Angkor. This is a group of temples scattered in the forest. 

Lunch in Kompong Thom. Then drive to Phnom Penh, visiting en route the carving on stone, the Kuha Nokor temple. Arrive in the late afternoon, check-in and overnight at hotel.

Phnom Penh - Chau Doc (South Vietnam) (B,L,D)

In the morning, visit the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, National Museum, Wat Phnom. In the afternoon, you take the feedback to Chau Doc where you arrive in the late afternoon.                        

Welcomed to Chau Doc by the Vietnamese local guide and transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel in Chau Doc.

Chau Doc - Can Tho (B,L,D)

In the morning you will have the boat ride to the famous village for raising fish in their homes. The fish are in the suspended cages under the floating houses on the river. Continuation of the trip to visit the Cham minority houses. Visit the Sam Mountain and admire the rods in the border of Cambodia.
In the afternoon, drive to Can Tho, the city of the Mekong Delta. Overnight at hotel.

Can Tho - Saigon (B,L,D)

Early morning, we take a boat trip to Cai Rang floating market, the largest and busiest floating market in the Mekong Delta. The landscape is beautiful: hundreds of engines sampans filled with the rice, fruits and handicrafts gather to exchange and sell. We leave the market, then visit the Binh Thuy old house.
Back to Saigon, stopover at Long An to visit the Long Dinh mat village. Return to Saigon.

Saigon/ City Tour (B,L,D)

Today, we spend the whole day to visit the city. We begin with Cho Lon to discover its old quarters of the market, Thien Hau Temple and Giac Lam Pagoda, one of the oldest pagodas in the city, its architecture, its layout and decoration remained almost intact since its construction in 1744!
Back in the city center to visit the Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Central Post Office. In the afternoon we will visit the Independence Palace and we will finish the day with the Ben Thanh Market. Overnight at hotel.
